The market has changed in the past couple of years...and that's when Lighthouse realized the need to "re-think" how we approach real estate and...FnH Properties, LLC was born!  FnH (Fix 'n Hold) Properties is a division of Lighthouse Investment Group focused solely on finding qualified investors who are interested in participating in an equity share program to buy, hold and rent the properties Lighthouse Investment Group purchases and fixes.
