We teach the polar opposite of a one-size-fits-all approach to health and fitness!

J-Range Training provides fitness training and post-rehabilitation services with an unprecedented level of personal attention. Every possible aspect of every workout -- including posture, positioning, ability, and range of motion -- is tailored to the client's unique physiology. J-Range methods are based on over a decade of scientific research and evidence-based inquiry. All J-Range specialists are required to go above and beyond international certification standards, mastering additional techniques to ensure the best possible individual results while preventing injury or re-aggravation of past issues.

Each client begins with a comprehensive assessment. We don't believe in questionnaires and guesswork -- we provide a 1.5-2 hour movement analysis in which we find your strengths and weaknesses, your muscle balances and imbalances, any postural deviations, neurological inhibitions, and more. From this data, we construct your initial plan while addressing your fitness goals. During the first workout of your new plan, every detail is explained as to movement, posture, precautions, and tips to keep in mind during exercise. We are trained to assess any progressions or regressions that should be immediately addressed.

Routines are constantly adjusted to prevent adaptations, though exercises are kept long enough to optimize mind-to-muscle focus. This makes each workout day a learning experience, offering just the right challenge as part of an overall progression. Major routine changes will be implemented for excitement and to emphasize other key goals such as pain reduction, balance, coordination, agility, body-fat loss, endurance, strength, and muscle gain.

J-Range clients include everyone from the boomers or mainly sedentary to professional athletes, with a wide variety of prior injury concerns and future goals. All are welcome.
