Helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through education and motivation with in-home fitness training. I dislike diets that take away all the good stuff away. So with my clients I try to stress the importance of having a rounded meal plan with portion size a needed detail. With obesity in America around 80% it is my goal to educate and help as many people as I can.
