WHAC is a family oriented club.
Our motto is “Guys and Gals having fun shooting”.
We maintain a 400 yard rifle range along with pistol, shotgun and archery ranges on 80 acres near DIA. WHAC is a private gun club with the range nestled in a valley surrounded by prairie dogs, coyotes and other wildlife.

We hunt game all over the state, the nation and the world. We have club guided prairie dog control shoots on private property all over the eastern plains. We put on a trio of annual prairie dog control shoots, The Shoot Out in May, APDGTH mid Summer and Winter Dawgs.

Our paper shoots are FUN SHOOTS. The whole family is welcome. We usually grill at our shoots and donations are welcome to cover the cost of the meal.
Members who specialize in handguns put on live fire CCW practice and defensive pistol practice as well as IPSC COF shoots, three gun shots and much more.

It’s all about having fun. But, we are deadly serious about safety. Members are ALL required to be the Range Safety Officer at all times when they are there. We are a social gun club and we have room new members and new ideas. Membership cost $200 per year with a one time $75 registration fee. We give active military and active LE a 50% discount.

All meetings are held at Bass Pro Shops/Outdoor World near Quebec and I-70. Meetings start at 7PM.
