The northeast side of Denver was once separated by the Denver International Airport in Stapleton and were for the most part neighborhoods that most didn’t seek after. To the north of Interstate 70 are two major neighborhoods worth mentioning; Montbello and Green Valley Ranch.

These neighborhoods aren’t what they used to be as far as having a reputation for being rough areas, but they’re not quite Stapleton status, either. As these neighborhoods continue to develop and progress, but both areas aren’t quite known for good education and high sources of income as of yet. Close neighbors are Five Points, Stapleton, as well as wolves, elk, deer and bison in The Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge.
