LoDo, which stands for Lower Downtown, is one of Denver’s busiest neighborhoods. Home to the the Union Station, plenty of hip and trendy bars and clubs, as well as the Colorado Rockies’ baseball stadium, this area is always bumpin’. However if that’s your scene and you’re itching to constantly be close to the action, there are plenty of lofts and condominiums within the LoDo area to stay where most others only stick around for a day at a time.

Union Station has been a landmark of Denver since 1881, but recent renovations have made it a premiere destination for restaurants, bars, and shopping. Union Station has centralized locals’ favorite places in the heart of downtown so that you don’t have to venture too far from your neighborhood. If you’re looking for a good cup of coffee to start your day, look no further than Pigtail Coffee inside the Union Station. Stop by Union Station’s Tattered Cover also located in the LoDo area, a locally owned bookstore since 1971. Union Station’s Snooze is a local favorite for breakfast and brunch. Union Station also has fine dining, a prohibition-style bar, florist, coffee shops, and much more. Even just the architecture of this 100-year-old train station is enough of a reason to make this area part of your everyday life.
