Park Hill is probably one of the most sought-after neighborhoods still today, after surviving decades of residential development and racial tension that has plagued so many other neighborhoods around it.

Recently, the neighborhood has seen a spike of younger families from all backgrounds and races moving into the area, but for the most part Park Hill has been considered predominantly rich, white neighborhood.
