Bilingual Yoga with Noemi Nunez

What: This Bilingual Vinyasa class is for levels 1 & 2. “Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic yoga practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. This class will feature several elements of traditional Ashtanga yoga.” Poses will be cued in traditional Sanskrit, with explanations being given in both English and Spanish. Honor yourself by celebrating your strength and comunidad in front of Arlette Lucero’s Tree of Life mural.

White Noise and Spoken Word

What: “Come jam with your neighborhood locals, get up and slam some poetry, share a song, tell a joke, dance, or just be yourself, hang out and support!” Sign-up is at 6:00 p.m. and the list will be capped at 27 performances.

Whiskey Tasting with The Preservery

What: This is the first tasting of The Preservery’s Whiskeyfest series. Have a whiskey cocktail whilst snacking on cheese, charcuteries, and bread before the event. Then, enjoy a flight of four whiskeys to pair with a flight of steam or mushroom.

What: Enjoy some awesome music from Jim Ciago of the Nomad Neighbors while you enjoy $3.00 craft cans. They will also have the very hard to find The Bonzo on tap from Black Shirt Brewing Co. The Bonzo is a Pistachio Lavender Red Ale that rarely lasts longer than a few hours wherever it shows up.
